What is a Career Legacy Circle? Text size : Texte taille 10    Texte taille 11    Texte taille 12

A Career Legacy Circle is a reflection
oriented space created to bring together
6 to 12 people in the later stage of their
active working life.

The process aims to develop two new bodies of knowledge: knowing to stay and knowing to leave which implies, among other things, wrapping up commitments and transmitting one’s professional legacy.

Through this process, participants seek two goals:

  • To maintain a Work-Life balance which means to prevent burnout, increase motivation and avoid obsolescence at work.

  • To prepare for leaving the workforce, maximizing the legacy they leave behind.
This process is specific to people reaching the Career finale stage with concern for generatity, integrity and maturity.
